At Indian Welfare Society, we deeply appreciate the support and generosity of our donors. As a nonprofit organization, all contributions are directed towards welfare activities, and most funds are utilized shortly after receiving them.
However, we understand that unintentional errors can occur.
1. General Policy – No Refunds
All donations made to Indian Welfare Society are non-refundable.
Once a donation is processed, the amount cannot be returned, cancelled, or reversed.
2. Refunds in Exceptional Cases
A refund may be considered only under genuine circumstances, such as:
>Duplicate payment
>Incorrect amount entered by mistake
>Technical or payment gateway error
If any of the above situations occur, the donor must notify us within 48 hours of the transaction.
3. Required Information for Refund Requests
To process a refund inquiry, the donor must provide:
>Full name
>Registered email or phone number
>Transaction ID or payment receipt
>Reason for the refund request
4. Processing Timeline
If the refund request is approved, the amount will be returned within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
5. No Cash Refunds
Indian Welfare Society does not issue cash refunds.
All refunds will be processed digitally through secure payment methods.
